Amber Fairless is an Associate Director in BLX’s Dallas office with over 20 years of arbitrage regulatory compliance expertise. Amber’s responsibilities include the preparation of arbitrage rebate and yield restriction calculations as well as spending exception analyses for many complex debt structures.
Prior to joining BLX, she worked at Fidelity Investments as a Service and Trading Representative. Her responsibilities included servicing clients’ accounts as well as placing mutual fund, equity, and complex option trades for clients. In addition, Amber has worked as a Fixed Income Trader for Fidelity Investments where she identified investment objectives and provided suitable investment strategies for clients. Her customer service skills, along with her knowledge of the fixed income industry, has provided an excellent foundation for her development as an arbitrage rebate consultant.
