Christi McKnight is an Associate Director with in-depth arbitrage rebate and continuing disclosure expertise. With over 32 years of municipal market compliance expertise, her primary focus is in the development and dissemination of continuing disclosure filings.
She joined the firm during its acquisition of Dain Rauscher’s arbitrage rebate consulting group in 1999.
Since 2014, she has been a part of BLX’s continuing disclosure practice, assisting in the development and dissemination of continuing disclosure reviews and filings for both issuers and underwriting firms.
From 1999 to 2014, Christi was responsible for preparing arbitrage rebate and yield restriction reports and served as a team leader. She was responsible for mentoring and training consultants as well as overseeing report production, performing report reviews, and managing client relationships.
From 1997 to 1999, Christi provided arbitrage rebate compliance services to Dain’s municipal clients. Prior to joining Dain’s arbitrage rebate group in 1997, she spent five years working in Dain’s fixed income department as a registered sales assistant for institutional investment executives. In this capacity, her responsibilities included client services, providing market-commentary, handling and executing bids and offers for various financial products, and covering public fund accounts.
